Graham Sandwiches

I am seduced by the gooey photos on nut butter-filled snack packaging every time. And every time I eat them I am disappointed. There is never enough nut butter. They are never gooey enough. Until now! These graham cracker sandwiches are the nut butter snack of my dreams: lots of high-quality peanut butter. The crackers are gluten free but not too sandy. I now keep these on hand at times.
