This is hands down my favorite olive oil. The olives are estate grown and pressed on tribal land of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation. It is incredibly delicious and versatile: tender and nuanced enough to act as a finishing oil yet sturdy enough to really cook with. The quintessential everyday oil. I never buy anything without checking the price per ounce. It is, in my opinion, the only way to determine whether something is a good value. On a per oz basis, this is comparable in price with oils that are a mere fraction of the quality. I buy it in bulk!
